Helicopter assisted ski
touring:
Why stand in the tram line when you can take an early morning heli-lift to the top of the mountain and spend the entire day touring the backcountry before being met by our van at the highway? The helicopter lift and full day of “guided” ski touring cost is $395 per person (based on a full group of 4, $1580 for the group). Each person should carry their own pack with safety equipment, water, snacks and extra clothing.
Wilderness Study Area Private Heli-Ski Tours:
Only a few
lucky skiers will ever again fly into the Wyoming side of
the Snake River Range, officially the Palisades Wilderness
Study Area (WSA).

Again for 2012, only exclusive private tours will be offered in the WSA. This mountain range receives 25% more snow and holds some of the best powder skiing in the Jackson-Teton area.
What’s included:
- Up to 8 persons maximum allowed (2
groups of 4 skiers)
- 10 runs for the day (8 guaranteed),
deli lunch and ground transportation
- Total cost $14,950.
This will be an exclusive day and
no other guests will be scheduled.
This day will basically
be a tour across the front side of the range (Coburn Cr,
So Fall Cr, So Elk Cr, Powder
Pk),
then dropping over and returning on the back side (Garden
Can, N
and S Indian Cr, Dry Fork and Wolf Mtn).
Why can only 65
people ski in the WSA? That’s ridiculous!
