Build around your group
Share the experience level of every skier and snowboarder in the party. Describe your normal ski days and what you want from the visit. That gives the team a much more useful starting point than a label such as expert or advanced on its own.
Several days of off-piste skiing ask more of your legs than a single outing. Be realistic about consecutive days and discuss the pace with reservations. Keep the wider itinerary workable if weather or operational decisions affect flying.
Keep the details specific
Ask which dates can be arranged, where you will meet, what equipment is included and which payment and cancellation terms apply to your package. Lodging and ground transportation should be discussed separately; do not assume they are included in a heli booking.
Bring familiar boots and make equipment arrangements before arriving. Let the team know about dietary needs and any group logistics early enough to work through them.
